This programme was implemented through, on the one hand, a Flexible Dividend or Scrip Dividend, which provides the opportunity of receiving the dividend in cash or in shares according to the shareholders&#8217; preferences and, in addition, a Share Buyback Programme whose purpose is to eliminate the dilutive effect coming from the issue of new shares which were delivered to 83% of the shareholders who elected to receive the dividend in shares.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_6972d9f4 height_custom\" id=\"empleados\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row type_default valign_top\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2 class=\"w-iconbox-title\"><span style=\"color: #ab1320;\">3.<\/span> Employees<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator us_custom_45fafaad size_small has_text_color\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row  type_default valign_top vc_inner\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-3 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner us_custom_0025c694\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The Talgo Group has a high degree of employment stability, as reflected in its permanent hiring rate of 91% in 2022. Talgo&#8217;s workforce in 2022 averaged 2,733 people (1,865 in Spain and 868 in subsidiaries), an increase of 2.36% compared to 2021.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">[vc_raw_html]JTVCdGFibGUlMjBpZCUzRDMxJTIwJTJGJTVE[\/vc_raw_html]<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-3 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><blockquote>\n<p>Talgo remains a high quality employer, increasing its average workforce by 2.36% in 2022 and with a 91% permanent employment rate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator us_custom_45fafaad size_medium has_text_color\"><\/div><div class=\"g-cols wpb_row  type_default valign_top vc_inner\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-4 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Diversity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Talgo has an equality committee made up of members of management and workers&#8217; representatives, which, among other functions, is responsible for promoting the implementation of the equality plan that the group implements and for monitoring and evaluating the degree of compliance with the measures adopted.<\/p>\n<p>Talgo works to implement measures that enable greater balance and gender equality in different positions and departments, continuing in 2022 with initiatives that increase the participation of women in positions of responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Talgo continues to be a member of the Charter for Diversity, an initiative led by the Diversity Foundation. It has also renewed its &#8220;CEO for Diversity&#8221; alliance, which promotes innovation in diversity, equity and inclusion strategies in Spanish companies, an initiative of the Adecco Foundation and the CEOE.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-4 wpb_column vc_column_container red_square white_footer\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Talent and career development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During 2022, 18 internal promotion processes were carried out and 37 people were expatriated.\u00a0 External talent is sourced from referral recruitment sources to ensure the diversity of the people who apply for the different positions.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Talgo designed and implemented numerous initiatives aimed not only at making the company known to potential professionals as a leading technology company, but also at communicating a competitive and quality job offer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-4 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Labour integration of groups at risk of exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the 2022 financial year, the Talgo Group had 27 employees with a disability of more than 33%, of whom 7 are women and 20 are men.
